* We ask all guests to show their driver's license, Individual Number Card, or passport. We will make a copy of your passport.
● Cancellation policy
To secure your reservation, we will follow the cancellation policy posted on the reservation site you used.
No cancellation fee up to 3 days in advance.
Cancellations made 3 days in advance or without notice will be charged in full as a cancellation fee.
● Payment Advance credit card payment, cash / electronic money payment on the day
● About consecutive night discount
There are also great deals with weekly and monthly contracts.

● About age restrictions for accommodation
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by one or more parents.
You can only stay if the room is reserved.Guests between the ages of 13 and 18 can stay only with the consent of their parents.
● About pets
Pets are not allowed.
Also, pets cannot be kept.
● Regarding valuables
・ Please manage your luggage and valuables by yourself.
・ Please use a locker with a key in the kitchen / shared space.
・ We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
● Regarding receiving parcel delivery
Please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to send your luggage to the property prior to check-in.
In addition, please specify the [reservation name] and [check-in date] on the invoice before sending.
● About staying and cleaning
・ Cleaning service is not provided during your stay. Sheets will not be exchanged during your stay. note that.
・ If you stay for 3 days or more, please let us know as we will change the bedding sheets.
・ The time zone from 10:00 to 15:00 is the time for room cleaning, bed make-up, and maintenance.
・ Since it is an old private house, the soundproofing of each guest room is vulnerable. Noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
Please be quiet.
・ Thank you for your consideration so as not to bother other customers.
● About facility usage time
The front door is auto-locked.
To enter from the outside, you need the security number to tell you.
Off time
After 23:00, it will be off time.
Shared kitchen / exchange space 7: 00-23: 00
・ The water from all taps in the building is tap water.
・ Please feel free to use the refrigerator. In that case, please manage by writing a name on food / drink. Items that have been left for a long time will be disposed of by us.
・ The grill attached to the IH stove cannot be used.
・ After using kitchen equipment, plates and glasses, wash them back cleanly.
・ The dishwasher cannot be used.
Rental room / free space 9: 00-19: 00
・ Please let us know in advance when using.
Bathroom 7: 00-23: 00 (cleaning time 12: 00-14: 00)
・ After use, please flush the floor lightly.
・ If you use the bathtub, please remove the remaining hot water.
・ Because it is crowded from evening to night, please consider the usage time.
Washing machine 8: 00-18: 00
・ You can use it for free, but please use detergent.
・ Since the installation location is a bathroom dressing room, only when the bathroom is not used
It is available until 21:00 at night.
* Laundry detergent is also sold at this facility.
* Some customers are sleeping when using the product at night or in the early morning.

● Manners
・ Guests are strictly prohibited from holding parties or gatherings.
・ Please do not enter the room except for guests.
・ Do not burn incense or sprinkle strong odors in the room.
・ Trash cans on the 1st and 2nd floors are available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cooperate in separating the garbage.
・ If the toilet etc. is badly soiled, please clean it yourself for the next person.
・ Do not jump on the bed.
● Smoking is completely non-smoking inside the facility building. Please adhere to it.
Please smoke in the outdoor smoking space.
● If you violate the following prohibited items, we will charge you a separate damage.
In some cases, we may exercise legal action. Please be aware.
